Grocery Cards: If you would like to purchase Heinen’s or Giant Eagle grocery cards, please click on the online order form or use the printable form (fill it out and return it to church with your payment.)  You can pay online using the green "GIVE" button on this page. Be sure to select either "Gift Cards (Giant Eagle)" or "Gift Cards (Heinen's)" in the "TO" drop down box. *Please note that there is a nominal fee for online payments.*
