We’re excited to kick off a new month of Journeys with a brand new series that invites us to see Scripture in a whole new light.

We’ll explore how understanding the original context of Scripture can transform the way we interpret familiar verses. Based on Josh Scott’s study, Context – Putting Scripture in Its Place, we’ll take a closer look at verses we may know by heart—but may not fully understand.

Context examines the people, places, and times that give these Scriptures their true meaning. By exploring these passages within their original biblical setting, Josh Scott uncovers fresh and often surprising interpretations—insights we might miss when verses are taken out of context.

Wesley Faith Group is a small group experience focused on spiritual formation, support, and prayer.

The purpose is not so much Bible study as it is developing a stronger, deeper relationship with God through Christ by way of spiritual disciplines.

WFG meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month in the Fireside Room

10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
