You don’t need to be a member of our church—or any church—for your child to participate. This experience is open to all!

 

Who Can Join?

The Confirmation Class is designed for youth aged 12-17. This is a time for young people to ‘confirm’ their baptism. If your child hasn’t been baptized yet, no problem! We’ll guide them through the process.

 

Schedule: 

Classes will begin on Sunday, January 26th, and continue every other Sunday through June 1st, from approximately 10:15 am to 11:15 am. Youth will be dismissed from worship at the same time as Children's Worship and meet in the library. After class, they will rejoin their families shortly after coffee fellowship begins.

 

*Please note: No class will be held on Easter Sunday (April 20th).

 

​At the end of the program, youth will have the opportunity to confirm your faith and join the membership of our church during the Pentecost Sunday service on June 8th at 10 am.

Requirements & Expectations

To ensure a meaningful experience, participants are expected to:

• Attend at least 8 out of 9 classes (make-up sessions are available for unavoidable absences).

• Attend in-person worship on at least three Sundays when class is not scheduled.

• Be present for the Pentecost Sunday service on June 8th at 9:30 am to prepare for their role in the service.

 

The Confirmation Class is more than just a series of lessons—it’s an opportunity for youth to ask big questions, grow in their faith, and discover their place in God’s family. Our team is here to support and guide your family every step of the way.
